We offer refunds only under special circumstances and specific conditions, as detailed below:

Change of Mind:

Customers are eligible for a 100% refund if they request it before our writers/editors commence work on the project. If you decide to discontinue your project with us within the first hour of placing your order, you can request a refund for any reason. However, a 15% processing fee will be charged in other cases.

Incompetent Delivery:

Once the work is delivered, customers can only claim a refund after exhausting all available options, which include:

Late Delivery:

At Falcon Ghostwriting, we adhere to the principle of "Timely Delivery." However, if, for any reason, we fail to provide the requested service on time, and after at least three attempts to contact us, your refund will be initiated. This will be done once documentary evidence is verified that the company caused the late delivery.

Refund Time Frame:

Refunds must be requested within 60 days of delivery. Refund requests made after this time frame will not be accommodated.
